Graphics card in fortbige bad for 1 week?

Fortnite was good in my graphics card 1 week ago. After I reinstalled my pc, the graphics look bad at Fortnite. Do I have to uninstall my old graphics driver and install new ones?

Please no fortnite!

I can only repeat my advice: install the drivers from http://www.duden.de

They bring much more than the drivers for the graphics card…
