PS: How do I achieve 144 FPS constancy on 144 Hz monitor with Fortnite on PC?!
Which graphic settings? Do you mean ray tracing? If so, you can forget about the 144FPS

I have AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six Core, Gigabyte RTX2060 graphics card, I have Viewing Distance on Epic, Shadow Off, Anti-Aliasing High, Textures High, Effects Low, and Post Processing Low.

I'm trying to get around 30 fps. Now in normal rounds I don't have a constant 20 FPS and as soon as one / 2 opponents there are only 5 fps. Play on an old AMD APU and the graphics chip is garbage
If the driver is not, only the settings can be turned down. To start with, disable the grass setting
