Best CPU, RAM and MB for 210 euro?

Hi, I want to upgrade my PC. Since I have no idea yet, I would like to ask here what I can get for the money. I don't want to spend more than 210 euro including shipping for CPU, mainboard and RAM. The PC should mainly run for Fortnite, recording and video editing. I have an ASUS ROG Strix RX570 with 8GB VRAM. Can someone put something together here for me?

Isn't a good budget the 3 most important parts in the pc you want for 210 have nothing good to come out with
