You can simply compare the system requirements yourself. In this case, I would advise you not to buy one of the two pcs, because you will be "long term" not happy. You have to keep in mind that games, just like fortnite, are constantly evolving and the requirements can increase at any time, even if they are minimal. Why not a console in your place?
