Fortnite crashes permanent?

Fortnite crashes with my buddy every time he sees or hears a shockwave grenade. What can this be? After 1 update it was just like that. Who knows solutions?

Is installed:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor 3200 MHz, 6 cores

Graphics card: Radeon (TM) RX 560 Graphics

RAM: 8.00 GB

Fortnite runs very liquid and so without problems. The only problem is with the Shockwave grenade.

Write a ticket to Epic, we can't do much, it does not mean bad.
