Start Fortnite and everything crashes?

As soon as I press Start in the Launcher Fortnite and it loads briefly, everything that is just in the background crashes, browser tabs, etc. Fortnite then starts and then login fails and must end it. Had the problem about 2 weeks ago schonmal and there has only helped a re-installation but I can't be the permanent solution, sometimes I have bad Internet and it takes so long to reload.

Pc is good enough for Fortnite and other games.
