I have a question… I have had a gaming monitor with 144hz and 1ms response time for a week and before that I played on a television with 60hz and had a 0-20 ping and now with the monitor I have a 40-100 Ping what can it be, was it a mistake or is it because of the cable with which I connected it? I now use a displayport cable which I took before (play with Wi-Fi and there's no possibility to play with Lan) Thank you for that reply
Ping is for the internet
Internet
What do you think
It has nothing to do with the ping
Rather?
The Internet https://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/Internet
With your internet connection
Before where I played with the TV I had a 0-20 ping and when I do a speed test I have a 12 ping
but why is that three / fourfold in the game?
Maybe their servers are somewhere else
The servers are in europe and nothing has changed in the last 2 years
Does the vlt have anything to do with my cable should I try HDMI?
Is it probably because I have too much on the hard drive?
It has nothing to do with the connection between the monitor and PC…
OK thanks
It has most likely increased your FPS to 144 and 144 frames per second are displayed, so it takes more internet to get them and you don't have enough.
Ping can't be directly related to your monitor.
