For example in gta have none at all

When I start fortnite I have fps drops at the beginning when I start a round but after 2 minutes they go away and can play without fps drops is that normal?

Have an Rx 580 and Ryzen 5 2600

Can be due to the network, the server, even an (extremely) slow HDD or too little RAM, can also be due to the CPU, Fortnite uses only two cores, whereby the game essentially runs in only one main thread. Especially at the beginning of a round, all players are in a confined space, i.e. Many objects, i.e. High CPU load. The 2600 is a decent CPU but with its 12 threads it is more adapted to modern, well parallelized games, something like Fortnite or Minecraft is not one of them.

Yes, but with this age of hardware, FPS drops are unlikely to happen, rather it is the software.

But in warzone there are fps drops but it is more the ram at warzone have 8gb and warzone needs 16
