Fortnite reload bug?

I haven't played Fortnite for a long time, but in the meantime I installed a new processor, RAM and mainboard in the PC. Fortnite has the reload bug with me, not strong, but you notice it more often. Is the problem more Epic or hardware now? (Internet connection can't be!) Thanks in advance.

This can't be due to hardware
