If I'm not mistaken that's an i7 of the first generation that does not have as much power as in games back then because the demands have gone up, the graphics card is outdated and does not have enough power, the RAM is actually still for gaming ( theoretically), for everyday life I would say it is enough as long as it is only office work.
If you get the mentioned PC for little money, and then for even very small money still a much better graphics card (recommended for Fortnite: Geforce GTX 660 or Radeon HD 7870) bekämst, it would be quite there.
