I want to buy a gaming pc, but I do not know much about this area. I just want to play Fornite on the calculator with as much fps as possible for the budget (550 euro). It would be alright if I get some component used hole (graphics card, etc).

You probably will not find a better one for the price. On middle settings you should get constant 144fps, I guess.
If you want to build yourself orient yourself to the components! That means faster RAM (3000MHz +), best in Dual Channel or if you want to upgrade Single, as well as you can build on a slightly better processor like the Ryzen 5 1600 and you probably already get the RX 570 with 8GB VRAM. If there's still money left I would bet on a higher quality B450 board like the B450 Tomahawk for later upgrades or a better PSU like a Bequiet Pure Power 11.

Build yourself is always better or cheaper than finished PC's. HardwareRat is indeed a very good site what finished PC's are concerned but want to earn on such computers synonymous something.
Can I just connect, self-build is always better. As written above, you can orient yourself to the components. If you do not trust yourself to build yourself, you're definitely not ripped off at hardware advice.
For Fortnite is definitely a NVIDIA card recommended. Not from price / performance because there would be a RX 570 better but because the Unreal Engine is a giant middle finger in the direction of AMD Radeon…
