Is it normal to have a higher input delay with unlimited fps in Fortnite than with 60 if you have a 60hz monitor?
If you have more fps in the game than the monitor Hertz, then tearing can occur. And with strongly fluctuating fps that can feel sluggish if you have more and then less fps.
If Fortnite has a fps limit, set it to 60 or to a fps number that you can definitely keep.
The funny thing is that in Fortnite I have a lower input delay on low settings and 60 fps than on epic graphics and 60 fps
Sure, your PC has to calculate less on lower settings than on higher ones.
What hardware do you have in your PC? That sounds pretty weak when Fortnite on Epic already provides a noticeable delay.

But having a higher input delay with higher graphics settings is normal, isn't it?
The delay only occurs when your hardware is overloaded and your inputs are no longer recorded in time.
Maybe really play with low settings.
Or install a program that monitors the utilization and temperature of the hardware and see whether it gets too hot or whether the GPU or CPU is 100% loaded.
