Is it normal in Fortnite that the CPU is really high, over 60 percent, and if I turn on unlimited FPS that it is 70 80% is that normal?

PS: I have a 144 Hz monitor that means I play with 144 FPS, if I set 240 FPS or something, can I get below 144 FPS? I have Viewing Distance on Epic Anti Aliasing High, Textures High, and the rest on Low. What else can I change that the CPU or GPU does not go over 70 or 80 percent at 240 FPS or unlimited?!

As long as the CPU doesn't have more percent than the graphics card, everything is ok. The GPU can or should also have 90%.
