This happens if you lift your FPS limit and chase many frames to the monitor ^^
Try not to make your FPS unlimited, but to limit something.
Because if you have 120FPS with a 60Hz monitor, for example, it will look smoother but you will get "screen tearing"

At fortnite it is so you can 30.60, 120 and so on but if I make Vsync then I have 9ch with 30 fps screen tearing. Is it logging on the monitor?

A 4k monitor with 30Hz bound to the PC with an HDMI cable. I once read you should try a DisplayPort connection instead of HDMI
