Image distortion at Fortnite?

At Fortnite I have an image distortion when I limit the fps at 60 and when I limit the fps at 240 I have no image distortion even though I have a 60hz monitor.

What should we answer now? Do you want to know how to fix this?

I know that you can fix image distortion by activating V-Sync in the settings.
