RTX 2060 super 99% utilization at Fortnite?

I have an RTX 2060 Super and even though I have everything on low at Fortnite, why my GPU is running at 99% utilization. Is that normal or can I change something in principle?

Just found out that my task manager was somehow bugged. Now it's around 30-40% occupancy. Sry 😅
