It depends on the game, but most games should still run ok with a 4 core, but would currently use a Ryzen 6 core
Well, 4 cores are not that many anymore, but thanks to Hyperthreading the CPU should be enough for now. The games should all run problem-free with the hardware, even with often higher graphics settings.
In general, however, I would not recommend a laptop, unless you are playing on the go, but only occasionally take your PC with you to play elsewhere, I would recommend a smaller desktop (e.g. An ITX build) with a 24 inch monitor.
GTA 5 runs on it, if I disregard how long you have them or how needed they are.
But yes, you can play a lot with the i59300h.
The i5 is easily sufficient for gaming. An i7 is not necessary.
