GPU utilization goes to 0?

I currently have the problem that my GPU load fluctuates from 0 to 100 when I play Fortnite (I haven't tried other games yet), which means that my FPS fluctuates from 180 to 60. Can someone help me. PC components: Ryzen 7 1800x, AMD Radeon RX580, 16 GB RAM.

One has nothing to do with the other, which means that what the GPU utilization says is a fairly unreliable statement and therefore not relevant. Because of the FPS drops, just check how your graphics settings are and whether there's a lot of action taking place while the FPS is going down.
