I'm looking for someone who knows about PC issues, somebody who maybe does it professionally or something, because nobody has been able to fix my problem so far, it's about my CPU usage, that I'm in blackout (pubg, fortnite, black out) (70-90 % Utilization) in apex legends eg only around 40-60%.

The problem started with me even 3 days ago, because I changed my graphics card 3 days ago (from a GTX 950 to a GTX 1050 ti mini) since then it started with the fps drops, but with the GTX 950 I had Although also a high CPU utilization or Exactly the same utilization as now with the GTX 1050 mini ti, but I had no fps drops as correctly as with the GTX 1050 mini mini.

And no to my hardware can't lie, because there are ytber, which have exactly the same CPU and the same graphics card, and in which the problem is not.

CPU: I5 7400 3.0GHz

GPU: GTX 1050 mini

RAM: 8GB

Either there's a temperature problem or a driver problem.

The temperature problem can be fathomed with HWINFO64 and the driver problem can be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling: https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/grafikkarten/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu/

Il

My temperatures are never above 80 ° C in the graphics card

And the drivers I actually all downloaded 3 days ago, would it bring something again to reinstall everything?

po

If you have already ruled out the temperature problem, then you should uninstall the drivers with the above-linked tool and then reinstall the current drivers.
That should fix the problem. It may also be a Windows Update which causes an error.

Il

Windows is in the newest state, with the driver I can try tomorrow, I just can't

po

Try it tomorrow with the graphics card driver. If the problem persists, then simply sign up again.

El

Did you reinstall Windows when you swapped the video card? Driver residues can cause the worst problems.
Did you load the driver for the 1050 Ti from the manufacturer side (Asus, MSI, Gigabyte…) or from the Nvidia side? Last month there were 3 people who had problems because they took the driver from Nvidia, not from the manufacturer side. Try that! If you already have the driver from the manufacturer page try the one from Nvidia! Before each remove the old driver with DDU in safe mode.
The current Windows update can cause problems in games. Do not help the first two steps, try uninstalling the update. Microsoft has, I think, a guide published.

Il

1.Windows I have not reinstalled, but I did the latest Windows update synonymous only the day before yesterday

2. I have downloaded the drivers from the nvidia site. I do not know if zotac has a page to download drivers

I try to do everything tomorrow, because I can't today

Ce

On 01.03 came a Windows Update that was flawed and leads to problems especially in games, currently there's a patch to fix it.

Il

1.Windows I have not reinstalled, but I did the latest Windows update synonymous only the day before yesterday

Do you mean it after the exchange, if so as I said the day before yesterday only made the new Windows update, how to install Windows for new? ^^

2. I have downloaded the drivers from the nvidia site. I do not know if zotac has a page to download drivers

I try to do everything tomorrow, because I can't today

I could not edit the upper ^^

Il

I had the problem but synonymous before all the Windows updates I have made only the day before yesterday.

How can I download the patch?

El

Yes, Zotac also has a downloadable page. Finally, they sell the product:

https://www.zotac.com/de/files/download/by_product?p_nid=606268&driver_type=235&os=981 (Here is the driver for Windows 10 64 bit)

You load down the driver and DDU. The link has already posted someone else. Then you go into safe mode and remove by means of DDU the current video driver. Then you install the one by Zotac.

Does not help, try to uninstall the current Windows update. As I said there may be problems with performance in games here:

http://www.pcgameshardware.de/Windows-10-Software-259581/News/Microsoft-warnt-vor-Patch-aufgrund-verringerter-Leistung-in-Spielen-1277267/

If all this does not help, then save your data and reinstall Windows with the help of a DVD or USB stick!

Il

Safe mode? What do you mean with that? ^^

El

Windows provides a safe mode that can help with troubleshooting. Depending on the modes, certain drivers are switched off and can thus be excluded as a source of error.

In this case, DDU will allow you to completely remove the current driver as it will not operate in safe mode. If you would like to install it in the normal Windows, it can happen that the access is blocked, because it is currently in use and thus remain unsightly driver remainders.

Il

So to sum up, I make the DDU with the safe mode and uninstall my current graphics card driver, then I go to zotac and install the drivers, if that does not help I try to uninstall the current Windows update, and if that everything did not help, should I reinstall Windows, right?

El

If you prefer to download the driver before, then Windows will not even try to find something on your own.

Then uninstall with DDU in safe mode (DDU notifies you again if necessary), reboot and install the Zotac driver.

Exactly otherwise uninstall Windows Update, then reinstall Windows.

Ce

https://www.giga.de/...3-03-2019/

here is the article, and the patch
http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4489899

Il

So now, first install zotac driver, then uninstall the driver in the secured moudus with DDU, then reinstall zotac driver, or how, if I do not understand so much guilt ^^

El

Download Zotac driver and leave it in the download folder.
Download DDU and install if necessary (I'm not sure if you have to install)
Go into safe mode (Google helps if necessary)
Start DDU and uninstall the old driver
Start anew
Install the driver downloaded in step 1.

Il

None of it helped.

I do not even have the windows update KB4482887 and how can I then reinstall windows?

I do not have a CD or USB for windows 10

El

If you have a USB stick, you can use the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft to make a USB stick ready to be reinstalled. Remember to back up important data and possibly read out the Windows key if you do not have it on a sticker.

Il

I did everything necessary, none of it helped.

By the way, I have reset my PC, and not reinstalled, does that make a difference?

Il

Do you mean backup with data?

El

Yes

El

Yes, it makes a difference because system files are not touched when resetting. Possible driver residues can thus survive.

Il

The driver remainders were not already deleted by DDU.

Would it make any difference now to make a new installation? I believe that the problem is still not so gefixed

El

DDU can only remove what he has recognized. There may also be drivers from your old graphics card. Of course, you can search for days or weeks for errors, or you can just reinstall Windows with the correct drivers and hope for the best. What do you have to lose?

Il

Ok, but in order to do a back up I need a lot of GB, and in the backup I can only use the volume (E. Use, which has only 12Gb space, I do not want to fool all my games from scratch

Il

I've just noticed that I have a 60hz monitor so actually can't reach more than 60fos, many say that I should cap my fps to 60, and v-sync should activate, but I feel and feel a difference between 60th Ried and 120 fps in my 60 Hz monitor, what should I do now, should I capping at 60fps or not

El

V-Sync limits your GPU, which consumes less energy. In addition, tearing should be prevented. If you notice a difference, then leave it off, otherwise activate it.

More important than the number of pictures is the time between two pictures. FPS only say a number of pictures in one second. That means that with 100 pictures 99 can be played very quickly in succession and with the last one you notice a noticeable delay. Already you feel the picture as jerky despite 100 FPS.

Il

So limit to 60fps or not?

El

How it fits you. If you say that it looks better for you without limit, then leave it outside. It's just that it looks good to you.

Il

OK, then I reinvent Windows, but do I have to do a backup?

Il

One question, after installing it on a usb, are files in my SUB, like boot, sources, setup, etc., so I have to press setup, or…

El

You have to boot from the USB stick. There are tons of instructions on the net:

https://www.pcwelt.de/...21524.html

Il

Oh, I pressed setup, is not that enough?

El

No, because you want to reinstall Windows and the old "delete" episode so please a guide on the net!

Il

I have booted my PC now, but since I have HDD and SSD, have only deleted everything in the SSD partition, because someone has said so, should I do that synonymous in HDD?

El

It is enough to format the hard disk, or more precisely, the partition on which Windows is installed.
