The problem started with me even 3 days ago, because I changed my graphics card 3 days ago (from a GTX 950 to a GTX 1050 ti mini) since then it started with the fps drops, but with the GTX 950 I had Although also a high CPU utilization or Exactly the same utilization as now with the GTX 1050 mini ti, but I had no fps drops as correctly as with the GTX 1050 mini mini.

And no to my hardware can't lie, because there are ytber, which have exactly the same CPU and the same graphics card, and in which the problem is not.

I already have the latest drivers.

CPU: I5 7400 3.0GHz

GPU: GTX 1050 mini

RAM: 8GB

The FPS drops are created by:

Old graphics card drivers that interfere -> DDU (DisplayDriverUninstaller) use to completely remove all drivers and reinstall the correct drivers.

Windows Update (wait and drink tea until a new one comes).

And last but not least your CPU does not come afterwards. It is already at a high load and has in some scenes probably small hickser in it because the new, faster graphics card overwhelmed you (have certainly turned the graphics settings high!)

The better the graphics card the higher the FPS are… The higher the FPS increase the more the CPU is required…

My 7700k runs in PUBG at 100fps at 30% and at 200FPS at over 60 … Well possible that is your problem… Maybe it comes to the fact that your board does not have the best Spannungswandlerkühlung and your CPU is thus even more in the trouble

How about RAM utilization?

If you can exclude everything else, then hard disk check - if necessary Defragmentieren (not with SSD!).
