If you do not want to spend that much money look if you still get a GTX970 otherwise a 1060 or a step below. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the AMD cards.
It's not worth it. The CPU is brutally slow and PCIe 2.0 x1 is again massive power flutes
With the installed CPU there's not much to tear in order to make the box suitable for gaming.
When it comes to a Graka with good P / L ratio, the rx 570 is far ahead

Especially the AMD cards offer better price performance in the lower range than the Nvidia competition! There you should look around!

Well, the Celeron J1900 can only provide a maximum of 4PCIe lanes, so it's pretty hard to make x16.
