I would like to play current games like PUBG or Fortnite with at least 60 FPS or more. But not on the lowest graphics settings. The PC is a Dell Optiplex 7020 SFF.
Here are the components:
-i7-4770 @ 3.4 GHz
-255W power supply
-16 GB DDR3 RAM
-No graphics card

Because of the power supply alone, your choice is extremely limited. The most sensible choice, which also packs the power supply, would be a GTX 1050 Ti without (!) PCIe Power Connector. It only needs a maximum of 75 watts. Problem: Unfortunately, the 1050 Ti is also affected by the current moon prices. See if you can find a used one for a reasonable price. The 1050Ti should definitely hold up for 60 FPS on low settings.
Is it possible to replace the power supply unit? I was thinking of the Optiplex XE2 SFF. That would have 315W.
Unfortunately, I don't know, because I don't know whether the same connections are being used… Everything wouldn't be a problem with ATX, but those proprietary things? I don't know… But even with 315 watts you can't go too far…
By the way: As far as I know, there are also some GTX 1650 models that do not need a power connector as an alternative to the 1050 Ti.

Do you happen to know what the GTX 1650 model described above is called?
An example would be the Zotac GTX 1650. Unfortunately, it currently costs over 300 euro, although it would normally cost less than 200 euro… But it is the same with all custom designs…
