I wanted to ask if a GTX 1050 Ti in the above-mentioned PC is worthwhile. I would love to play some newer games like PUBG or Fortnite on high settings with 60 FPS or more. Is it worth?

Yes, it would definitely be worth it. The Radeon R5-240 built into this system ex works or at least available in this series is not particularly powerful.
