I thought that I would get a better laptop and have found a laptop in the media market, now I want to know if you can play fortnite on it.

The integrated Intel HD 520 graphics does not have its own memory but has to branch off its memory from the meager 4 GB Ram.
But even under optimal system conditions, the Intel HD 520 would not be sufficient for minimum details @ 720p resolution in this game.
If you can increase your budget to about 400 euro, then better choose this notebook with a true quad-core CPU, including the integrated AMD Vega 6 - iGPU.
