Valorant / CSGO FPS limitation useful?

Have a good PC and manage more than 240 FPS when playing without limits. In Fortnite I limited it to 165 FPS because I have a 144 Hertz monitor but want a little more for drops, something like buffers.

Does that also make sense in Valorant or CSGO?

Opinions argue, I personally don't have it, and neither do all of my friends. Most pro players haven't capped their FPS either.

Try it out and see if it feels better or worse, for me it was rather negative.

So I have unlimited FPS between 160 and 300 and I set it to 160 FPS let's see.

If your FPS drop a lot then I'd cap them too
