Fortnite delayed / input lag? (Edit unsmooth)?

I have a problem and that the game fortnite feels very delayed despite constant fps and ping, as if I had an input delay and so unsmooth in contrast to other pro players how smooth the game runs and with friends

My pc

Aorus rtx 2060 great

Intel core i5 8500

Aorus b360m gaming 3 rgb motherboard

16gb ram 2300mhz

M.2 ssd and normal ssd

CPU is cooled with water cooling.

Can I set up iwas in nvidia control panel or something or do I have to clean iwas so that it runs so smoothly?
