I have the same set up and for the price it's ok. You will only get 100 FPS if you subsequently expand your RAM.
But you will reach between 80-120 with that.

The question is more on which graphics settings you have to play in order to achieve 100fps on this device? To me it looks more like a pc that is on reasonably descriptive graphic settings at 80fps. And the question arises whether you or the questioner even have a 144hz monitor so that you can benefit from the additional fps?
Can you maybe find one on eBay K for me that is reasonably good? Max 360 euro, preferably with a guarantee

I think that with the setup if you want to play on reasonably descriptive graphics settings you can't achieve 100FPS. The real question I'm asking myself here is whether you even have a monitor with which you could benefit from the additional FPS? Most monitors only have 60Hz anyway, which means that you can only see a maximum of 60 frames per second anyway, so 60FPS would be enough, and I think that you * could * achieve that with this PC. I just read that you have a 144Hz monitor. If you have enough money for it, you can buy a better PC that can really provide you with this performance. I have an Rx580, a Ryzen 5 3600 and 16gb RAM, so I can easily reach 165FPS on high / medium settings on WQHD.
I have a 60hz monitor and I can do 100 FPS in Fortnite.
At high attitudes. I even only have one 60HZ monitor.
Don't underestimate a GTX 1050ti.
Fortnite is not a complex game that requires a lot of resources.

Well if you only have a 60hz monitor anyway, I would limit the game to 60fps to take action against framedrops. I also did it back then, now I have limited it to 165fps

RAM is not indifferent. It is highly recommended to have at least 16 GBram for games. It is far more pleasant to play with. At 8 Gbram you have extreme lags in some games like Warframen. The data has to be cached somewhere.
The RAM regulates variable storage. New lvls load more easily multiple instances at once, run smoother and such. For example, having Discord and Fortnite on will run smoothly with 32GB. Then you realize that you have no idea.

What are you saying? First you contradict yourself. Say the same as my comment, only rephrased and agree that what I say is correct and then you contradict yourself again by invalidating your whole statement with the last comment sentence.
The RAM does exactly the same thing when gaming as it does with any other program.
It provides the data with which the CPU must / should work (quickly).
And if you don't have enough of it, the "missing" RAM on the SSD / HDD is "simulated". And that costs you performance or can lead to stuttering.
Working programs like Premiere, Benchmarks or almost every non-game use a lot of variables that are stored in arrays (lists). Games make no difference since with games the loading time on the hard drive is important and the vector calculations of the graphics and co are controlled by the graphics card. I meant with my testimony that there are no differences in ram in games. Take a look at the benchmarks on youtube. But ok…
Yes, I see that with benchmark at 8 Gb ram jerks arise and with 16 GB hardly and 32 more smoothly and with 4 Gb extreme jerks.
Between 8Gbram and 16Gbram you gain around 10-50FPS on Fortnite_.
You are exhausting yourself right now. Games don't just need ram for loading time. But also while playing.
I have a gtx 1660 and 8 gb ram. I achieve approx * 80 fps with most games. I have ne i5 gen 8th. Breh. LinusTechTips, JaysTwoCents and such yt channels say ram doesn't matter. And I have no idea what benchmarks you've looked at the xD. 8/16 is only up to 10 fps more in most games. Do a little more research next time

The Youtubers you described where they made the statement were powerful graphics cards and processors.

At Jaystwocents, an i7 was compared with a GTX1080Ti (11Gbvram) whether there was a working memory. "Ram Doesn't Matter" if your main parts have enough power.
But in this case the parts need extra help as described.
That's why the ram for fewer lags. Your graphics card also has a 6Gbvram and your i5 gen 8th is far more powerful than the FX6300. Therefore you have the same results as someone with 16 Gbram, although the hardware is a bit worse. But it is a mystery to me how you can only reach 80FPS in Fortnite.
After all, you have not presented a comparison. Example: COD 60 FPS = (Approximately 250 FPS) in League of legends.
This PC is also sufficient to play the Fame with reasonable FPS on medium settings. At the highest settings, however, the lower RAM and the processor could become a bottleneck.
