It is really hard to put together a PC for over 2000 euro, if you stick to components that have a reasonable P / L ratio it will be difficult from 1200 euro.
What do you want to do with 64GB of RAM? Do you run a small company and set up a hypervisor server with the right number of VMs on your PC?
Why do you want a PCIe SSD and a SATA SSD? Why not a bigger PCIe SSD or how any reasonable person can get a PCIe SSD and an HDD?
