The following problem I updated my graphics card about 1 hour ago so everything is fine and good. Now I have no idea why in Fortnite fps Drops. I then went to Device Manager and my graphics card. There I'm on properties & then on events. So there's the following under information:
The device "PCI \ VEN_10DE & DEV_1E84 & Subsys_139F10DE & REV_A1 \ 4 & 1fc990d7 & 0 & 0019" requires further installations.
I own a Nvidia GeForce Rtx 2070 super.

This is a driver problem. You can't use it like that. Try an older driver, maybe the predecessor
Thanks for your answer. Could you tell me how I uninstall the graphics driver and then reinstall it? Because since I updated my RTX 2070 today, I've had fps drops in Fortnite. But only in Fortnite.
I think that's funny.
Either under device manager> graphic cards> uninstall
or if it comes with an application under Control Panel> Progr and Features> "AppName" uninstall
