Wants to stream Fortnite and Valorant, have a R5 3600 RTX 2060 and 16 GB 3200MHz RAM. Stream with 900p60 with an upload of 10Mbit.

It depends on the program you are streaming with… 900p60 is rather unusual…

10 mbit is unnecessary. 5mbit is enough

If your maximum upload speed is 10 Mbit, you have to expect that this will eat up all your upload speed. 5 Mbits are enough, and I don't know whether YouTube supports 900p or do you stream on Twitch?
