I currently have a Gtx 1060 and an i7 and would like to stream to 720 60 fps what should I renew because when I stream I sometimes have 50 fps in Fortnite?
You also need a suitable Internet connection with suitable bandwidth for streaming. Since you use the best hardware nothing if you only go on the Internet with modem 56K speed (example). If you should have at least DSL 100 or 200K for streaming so that it works to some extent.

I don't know now what exactly you have for an I7, but I would tend to recommend upgrading your graphics card. Would recommend nh rtx 2060.
ps: if you have a bit more money, you can also get an rtx 2070. I have it myself and I'm completely satisfied.
