You can play Fortnite with a Gtx 660.
You can play every game smoothly in FHD, but you have to reduce the details of most of the newer ones.

When Fortnite came out, the RX 570 was one of the fastest cards on the market and most Fortnite players would have been happy to have one. Fortnite hardware requirements have not increased in the past 2.5 years.
