Is this PC with this performance the very best you can get in this price range and are these components enough to have around 100 fps even in fortnite tournaments even if everything is fully built and in extreme cases 30 other opponents are still alive? And is it future-proof?

NO WAY! - Never buy a PC with a GTX 1650 Super. It's just not worth it. I advise you against it!
1. RAM speed is not mentioned.
2. Power supply is also not from a trusted company, so the dirtiest scrap.
3. The mainboard could have been a much better one e.g. A B450
