I bought a PC at the end of 2017:
GTX 1060 6 GB
Intel Core I 7 eighth gene
16 GB Ram
At first all the games were running smoothly. (Partially several 100 FPS)
But now nothing works. In Minecraft only 10-40 FPS. GTA, CS: GO, etc. Are pixelated and stored extremely. Fortnite works fluently, but also videos cut and render is easy.
What can be responsible for this?

Rebuild Windows in an emergency
I have the exact same components. Same problem. I have the graphics card removed, maintained and reinstalled. Driver reinstalled and everything as before. Kp why, I'm not a pro. Also, try overclocking😊
