My budget for a video card would be 200Euro and I would like to come with my ryzen 3 2200G in Fortnite on medium settings in 1080p to at least 144fps. Is that possible?

I would also take the Amd Radeon Rx 580 * 8GB *. Have it yourself and you can easily get to 144fps in Fortnite (at least in Season 8, since then I'm not playing this dirty game anymore). 144 fps will not hurt you if your monitor has only 60hz. He should also have 144hz (I do not know ib you thought that)
