Well, my PC (which is not good) has strong fps drops. When I'm in Fortnite, I have a short 100 fps, but they drop immediately, either to 60 or even to 10 or less. You notice this so much that sometimes you can't move at all for a short moment. What can I do against it? Since my XBOX is broken I want to play on the PC as long, but so it is unplayable.

You do not need 100 fps - unless you're sitting on a 100mhz monitor?! O_O

Turn on v-sync and daddeln on 60fps - should work!

I'll try it after the update.

I'm sitting in front of a 75hz monitor

Can you please explain what V-Sync is?

Holds the frame rate! If the monitor can't display more than 60 or 75 frames, then it is logically meaningless if the box delivers 120 frames! Costs unnecessary energy and effort for the computer and a difference can't be seen on the screen. So just tell the calculator that he max. 60 frames should deliver! The capacity thus released in the background, the calculator can use for the precalculation of the next images / sequences. Quasi: "Huch, that comes fog now! I have to calculate! * Waste of the frames"… But the computer can calculate then yes, because he still has free capacities.
