Which PC is the better one to play?

Which is better for Fortnite, Gta, The forest, etc?

Which one would you take?

The first one makes more sense, but it would be about 100 euro cheaper if you build it yourself

The upper one is generally better because it has a better graphics card, and the Pc is not as badly tuned as the lower one.

The lower one has a CPU which is ok for the graphics card, but since both cost the same and the upper one is better, I recommend the upper one.

If you do not build yourself, take the upper one (the one with the Ryzen)
