gtx 1060 gainward gs and a r9 fury

which one is better for gaming?

everywhere it says that the r9 is better but it has less memory?

The GTX 1060 has more VRAM, so that's what I'd gravitate towards.

Yes, the r9 is nominally a bit better, but also older and draws a proud 275W.

I would still use the 1060 (120W), it is 2 years younger and more mature and is probably more stable.
