Internet problems fortnite?

Yesterday evening I wanted to play a bit, but in the game fortnite I had a ping of 350 and this one throughout and this afternoon again. 2 days ago, everything went great 1 ping, etc. Some info: Pc is connected via LAN at the main router. Speedtest revealed that I have about 100Mbit / s download and 90 mbit / s upload.

Maybe it's on the server of Fortnite or the server you were connected to while you played.
