In the Fortnite agreement, which you had to accept in order to play, it was stated that purchased content could not, or in rare cases, be refunded.
Under point 4 "Game currency and content" it says as follows:
All purchases of Game Currency and Content are final and under no circumstances be refundable, transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Epic may, in its sole discretion, limit the amount of Game Currency or Content that may be purchased, earned, collected, exchanged or otherwise used.
I think in your case Epic will not refund you.
