Max. 150 euro?! No way. If you are lucky you get an old, used one from eBay that lays a lot. I actually recommend spending more money on something good. Then you save the repair costs that would often occur with a 150 euro part and even have a better gaming experience.

There's no special PC with which you can play Fortnite, but you have to buy used PC components and it is also difficult to build a reasonable PC from used parts.
My recommendation would be a Dell Optiplex 3020 on eBay for 70 euro and then try to find a GTX 1050ti without an additional PCIE connection.
What is your budget for a new (real) pc? For 150 euro you can build a pc as a challange with old Ebay parts, but can go wrong very quickly.
