Fortnite will run after I've closed it?

Hello I wanted to play fortnite again today then I wanted to start it and it says it will be executed whether I closed it I closed the epic games launcher completely and even deleted it once and it still says can someone help me?

Simply open task manager, search for fortnite and end the process.
