I'm so sorry, I actually wanted to vote for "Amd Ryzen 5 2600 (Tray) (30 euro fan) (oc 4.0Ghz) +1660 super (6Gb)".

If you also gamble, the 1660 Super is definitely better, apart from the fact that the RX 5500Xt is not good at all.
But if you also cut videos I would consider whether a Ryzen 7 3700X would work out
