I have a question, and if I want to change my Fortnite quality in the settings that are always set to Epic, I can play with them normally and open Fortnite the next time they are all Epic again. Pretty much every game automatically applies the best graphics settings your PC can handle.
Although it should also save after the 1st time what you have applied manually.
Go to your library> memory card (local disk a / b / c) so the carrier on the fortnite is on it. Then enter "FortniteGame" in the upper right corner, then "safed", then "config" and then double-click on "GameUserSettings"
There you are looking for "Scalability Groups" that is the 2nd paragraph. There are all settings. 0 is then the lowest graph in fortnite and 5 the highest
