Too high ping in Fortnite?

Hi, I've had a 700 ping in Fortnite for 3 days. I do not know what to do. I play on server region Europe. That can't be due to my internet, at least I think because I'm the only one who uses the internet. I have switched off my Playsi several times, but I still can't. Can it sometimes be due to the servers at Epic Games and do I have to wait for an update? What could that be?
