I wanted to buy a Geforce rtx 2060 but have heard that it is not that good and now I want to know if it is worth buying the card and if not what alternatives are available for less than 400 euro.
(I mainly play Fortnite on low settings)
Alternative amd rx 5700xt.
Both cards are good and you can play all games in 1080p with high / ultra settings LOCKER.
The RTX 2060 is not bad
The CPU is important for your area of application, the graphics card can be neglected!
Which processor do you have or do you buy?
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
It's pretty strong. An RTX 2060 too, but for the price an RX 5700 or even an RX 5700 XT would be appropriate.
And where can I find the Rx 5700 XT cheap?
On comparison portals like Geizhals.
Which CPU did you install? And which graphics card are you currently using?
The resolution of the monitor would also be good to know.
Fortnite is actually a fairly frugal game that runs very well even with older hardware. Then just stop with less details and probably with a little less FPS.
The RTX 2060 super has 8GB VRam, the normal only 6GB.
It is also clocked at a higher rate and is therefore approx. 12% faster.

6GB VRam are currently sufficient for FullHD, but 8GB VRam are an advantage for more complex games.

Here you can compare the interaction between CPU and GPU a little:

And here you can roughly estimate the potential game performance in advance:

However, both are purely generic calculations and not real measurements. Think of it as a rough trend with certain tolerances.
If your CPU gets along with the performance of the 2060 super, I would tend much more to this graphics card.
However, much more is possible than just this primitive Fortnite.
And your PC should also have 16GB of RAM and an SSD. This is the standard for gaming PCs today.

However, the 5700 XT uses a little more power (TDP: 225W) and is roughly 10-15 ° C warmer than the slightly more expensive RTX 2060s (TDP: 175W).
So also pay attention to your power supply and sufficient cooling!

Both grakas would go well with this:
