Everything that changes your game in any way can be banned.
Wouldn't recommend using a skin changer.
Hello yes you will be banned, but something like that actually works. NIe. For most of them you have to e.g. Register with a phone number and then you will suddenly get an invoice or something or you may have to register your Epic ACC there then they can hack you, steal your account and have your data. If you then turn that off the network, you can get viruses. And epic Games would ban you very quickly if it works, or the virus protection from epic will sense this immediately and you can't try it out. Your account would be banned and you may get stressed with Epic because of hacking.
