Nintendo Switch Fortnite Account?

Surely each of you knows Fortnite. If not, you can't help me. In any case, I have about 1 year Epic Games Acc with Fortnite skins, etc for a total of 80 euro. As far as I know, you now have to create a new switch account and link it to a new Nintendo account so you can sign up again.
