Can you buy in Fortnite the 5 euro Skin "as a gift" or just for yourself?

To buy or give away there's no skin for 5 euro (except the starter packed at v-buck shop and you can't give away) whatever, the cheapest skins in the shop cost 800v-bucks = 8,00euro

for 5 euro you can't even buy skins. Except those in the battle pass but you can't give away
