Fortnite graphics not saving?

Every time I start Fortnite on my PC, I have to change my graphics settings. They are somehow not saved. Can you do something there or do I have to uninstall and reinstall the game?

If you haven't already done so, reinstall it. I've had a graphics bug for years. (What do you want to expect from Fortnite? I never actually played it until I uninstalled it).
